Blunt Metro Umbrella

Blunt umbrellas are engineered in New Zealand to survive gales, and the Metro is the compact version. Its radial tensioning system spreads force across the whole canopy, so it stays open in strong wind instead of inverting.

The blunt, rounded tips are safer in crowds and protect the canopy edge, the aluminium frame is light enough for a bag and the canopy is a durable polyester with a water-repellent finish. It opens automatically and closes manually.

Canopy about 100 cm across when open, 38 cm folded. Shake dry and store open until dry; two-year warranty from Blunt.
